INSPhIRE follows the
Ten Principles of
Burning Man:
|
Gifting
Decommodification
|
Nothing is for sale
at this event.... It's all
a gift.
|
Radical Self-Expression
Participation
|
Share your gifts.
You are the event. |
Radical Inclusion
Civic Responsibility
Communal Effort
|
We are all in this together.
We build the world we want.
|
Radical Self-Reliance
Immediacy
|
We bring in everything we need.
We build it. We do it. We experience it...
|
Leave No Trace.
|
Then we take it all
back out again.....
Wipe the slate clean.... SO WE CAN DO IT AGAIN !
|
Survival GUIDE
This is a 21+, Leave No Trace event. Please bring everything you
might need for a one night indoor/outdoor
event in urban Wisconsin. Be prepared for anything. Suggested things to bring: Your self, a drinking cup,
and something to share: costume, food treats, drink, performance,
etc. Just like
in the desert, be prepared
to pack out everything you bring in. If you smoke, please bring
a small metal box for the butts and ashes. There are no trash cans or ashtrays here. Bring a cup for
your drinks.
